1. Is a Membership required to receive a free savings estimate?

No. We offer the estimate as a service open to everyone who might want to become a member. We believe we should demonstrate our value to you before you commit to using Electra.

2. Do you sell my data?

Never. Electra was founded on the principle of providing a service to support people, not leverage them for their information. We auto-encrypt all correspondence and customer records. We then enter that anonymous information into a pool of local data to discover an average local cost savings amount that we then share with you.

3. Does Electra only handle utility bills?

No. if you are a Member, you can send us any bill - electricity, telephone, even car payments - and we can inform you of any savings potential we find.

4. Will I have to change my utility service provider to use Electra?

No. You can keep your current service. We never interfere with it. Our process operates independently of your service provider, so there's no interaction.

5. Why is your website so boring?

We spend more time on our business model than we did on our website. We wanted it focused and informative for you. No ads, no pop-ups.
